Faults
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order with the order number and details of the fault. We will offer a refund or replacement if available, upon receiving the returned item. Our team will assist in resolving the issue.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipment error on our part.
- For items that qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
