Shipping policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

We ship domestically. Please be aware that our delivery time may vary depending on your location. Orders are shipped 2 to 3 working days of you placing it. We currently do not offer next day delivery but please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is an urgent need and we'll see if we can help.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are subject to change during the holiday season or due to other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at weelittleonesnz@outlook.com

7. International Shipping

For international shipments, duties and taxes may be required to be paid by the consignee, depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for these additional charges.

8. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order.
