Do you have a physical Store?
We’re an online-only retailer, so we don’t have any physical stores.
If you have any questions about a product, our friendly Customer Service team is here to assist you.
I didn’t get an order confirmation email -what should I do?
Oh no! First, check your spam or junk folder - sometimes confirmation emails sneak in there.
If you still can’t find it, it could be because:
- There was a small typo in the email address entered at checkout
- Your email filters blocked the message
Just contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation and make sure everything went through properly.

Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your little one.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start packing orders quickly to get them out as fast as possible, so we’re usually unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please double-check your items and shipping details before completing checkout. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best - but we can’t guarantee changes.
How do I use and care for your products safely?
Your child’s safety is very important to us. Our products are made from high-quality materials and are designed to last when used and cared for properly.
All baby and children’s products must be used with adult supervision at all times. Wee Little Ones cannot accept liability for injury or damage caused by misuse, improper use, or lack of supervision.
We carefully check all items before they are sent out. If you receive a product that you believe is faulty or damaged, please stop using it immediately and email us at weelittleonesnz@outlook.com so we can help.
We also recommend regularly checking your items for signs of wear and discontinuing use if any damage appears.
How should I care for my baby products?

Are your products safe for babies?
Your baby’s safety is incredibly important to us. Our products are chosen with safety in mind, but adult supervision is always required, especially with babies and young children.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our products are baby items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind on used items for hygiene reasons.
