Faults
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order with the order number and details of the fault. We will offer a refund or replacement if available, upon receiving the returned item. Our team will assist in resolving the issue.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under New Zealand consumer law.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault or we have sent the incorrect item.
- Orders that qualified for free shipping may have the original shipping cost deducted from any refund where the return is not due to a fault or our error.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier. While we take every care to package orders securely, we cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for damage that occurs during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the courier where applicable.
