Shipping

New Zealand Shipping.

  • We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods, weather events, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Information

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes. A valid residential or business address must be provided at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct before placing an order.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only amend shipping details if your order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Wee Little Ones NZ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Refunds, replacements, or compensation will not be provided in these circumstances.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges must be paid before the order can be re-dispatched.

Courier & Delivery

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier and delivery is outside of our control.
  • While every order is carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch, we cannot guarantee how parcels are handled during transit or prevent delays caused by the courier.
  • Wee Little Ones NZ is not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, parcels marked as delivered by the courier, or delays caused by weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your parcel arrives with visible damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, and damaged item. Please retain all original packaging, as this may be required for any courier investigation.
  • Claims for transit damage will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Wee Little Ones NZ reserves the right to investigate the claim with the courier before approving any replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Lost Parcels

  • If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
  • A parcel will only be considered lost once the courier has completed its investigation. Any replacement or refund will be at our discretion and subject to the outcome of the courier's investigation.
